Horse riding

You stroke your horse’s mane gently as you feel his calm, steady pace beneath you. You close your eyes and hear the wind rustling in the trees, the birds singing and insects scuttling. You take a breath of fresh air that smells of earth and vegetation. When you open your eyes again you see rays of sun breaking through the gaps in the trees. Your horse walks steadily on and you feel life all around you as nature arouses your senses.
